I promised myself that I wouldn’t do it again. I promised myself and here I am about to do it. Ok it wasn’t actually a promise; it was more of a decision. But come to think of it this is my space anyway so I’m just gonna go ahead and babble about how great of an actor I think Val Kilmer is. Actually come to think of it I’m gonna babble about how great I think his new movie Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is instead.
I could tell you that Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is worth seeing for Val’s performance alone but that would be doing the movie a disservice. It would underscore Robert Downey Jr’s inspired performance and Shane Black’s tight script and precise directing. It would sidestep the wonderful supporting performances and witty, self-referential nature of the film.
I could sit here and tell you a million reasons why I think Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is worth seeing but that would take the fun out of it when you do go and see it.

Looks good actually. I have never been sickened by one of Kilmer's performances and considering how I hate everyone - that says a lot.
I will look forward to the DVD.
It was one of the best film I have seen in a long time. Really funny.
